1. Eligible Products for Return & Exchange

  • Lingerie & Innerwear (Bras, Panties, Shorts, etc.): non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene standards.

  • Nightwear & Nighties: Eligible for return or exchange within 5 to 7 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Return Shipping & Pickup

  • No Return Pickup: Sakthihall does not provide reverse pickup services. Customers are responsible for shipping the eligible item back to our return address at their own cost.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Quality Check: Every returned product will undergo a strict physical quality check upon arrival at our facility.

  • Approval & Refund: Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the item passes our inspection.

  • Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment mode (UPI, Net Banking, Card) or provided as store credit within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9042645792) or email at customercare@sakthihall.in with unboxing video/photos so we can resolve the issue immediately.
